What we collect
- Contact details you give us (name, email, phone) when you book a call, buy a package, or download a free resource.
- Information about your child and sleep situation that you provide on intake forms, used only to deliver the service you asked for.
- Basic, non-identifying analytics your browser sends (such as which pages you visit), if analytics are enabled.
How we use it
- To provide our services, respond to you, deliver resources you requested, and send emails you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that run our tools (for example, our email, scheduling, and payment providers) so they can function, and only when required by law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@nosleeptilbrooklyn.com. We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Children's data
Our services involve information about children, but that information is provided by parents and guardians for the purpose of the service. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and this site is intended for parents and caregivers.
